Yet again...

...We fail to keep up our blog...I never thought life in Singapore would be so BUSY! "Busy, busy, busy" is all we tell people who ask how are doing over here. It is definitely a good busy that we are so thankful for! But a break would be nice :) I know my sweet husband deserves one more than I do for all of his hard work and long hours he puts in for us to be here.

This Thursday we leave for a mission trip to Cambodia, more specifically, The Shelter of Love Orphanage in Kampong Thom, Cambodia. We are thrilled and nervous at the same time as we prepare for this amazing, new opportunity God has given us! Neither of us have ever been on a mission trip before, even though it has always been something I have had a passion to do for as long as I can remember. God has finally presented it to us and we are so thankful that He is trusting us to witness to 50 children! We will be there a total of 4 days, which won't be long enough. The Orphanage is in the middle of nowhere and receives all of its power from a small generator! They are looking to convert the power source to solar power in the future, but they don't have enough funds for it yet. We aren't sure what to expect when we arrive, but we trust that God will guide us! We are so anxious to help out in any way that we can and to help teach the children about our amazing God! Please pray that God will use us to His glory and that we can leave His love with the children! We will update as soon as we return with how it went!
